Processing

Payment

At Letterworth we take pride in our quality, handcrafted products. The processing time (time needed to prepare your order for shipment) is approximately 3-5 business days for most products in the shop and up to 10-14 business days for gift wrap and custom monogram mugs. The processing time for custom design orders varies with the scope of the project. If your order is of a time-sensitive nature, please contact us prior to purchase for assistance. We will be in touch with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase using the payment options listed at checkout. Letterworth reserves the right to decline sales and/or cancel orders in the event of uncleared payments, invalid or unverified payment and/or shipping information, or any action which violates the Terms & Conditions herein.  All transactions are processed using PayPal.  Please note it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to complete your order; PayPal provides the option to check out as a guest. 

Shipping

At this time Letterworth only ships to final destination addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to freight companies with the ultimate intent of international delivery.

Shipping fees are based on United States Postal Service® (USPS) published rates and are subject to change. Orders are standardly shipped via First Class™, Ground Advantage™, or Priority Mail™ as applicable and include tracking and insurance. Estimated delivery times (in business days) are provided by USPS and are subject to change. Please note that Priority Mail Express™ is the only shipping option for which USPS offers a delivery guarantee. If you wish to request an upgrade to express shipping, please contact us prior to purchase. For additional details regarding shipping services, please visit the USPS website (www.usps.com).

Orders may be shipped in more than one box depending on the products purchased based on size and/or respective processing times (e.g., gift wrap). In some instances when an order includes multiple items of varying sizes, shapes, and weights, the shipping fee may be overestimated by the automated calculator at checkout.  The shipping fee will be manually adjusted after purchase, and any shipping overage greater than $2.95 will be refunded. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Please be assured that your purchase is packaged with the utmost care, with the goal of arriving safely and intact at its destination. As such, shipping fees also reflect the cost of packaging supplies needed to adequately prepare your order for shipping.  In an effort to reduce post-consumer waste, clean, recycled boxes and/or packing material may be used to ship our orders.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as orders will be shipped to the address provided on the sales invoice and cannot be changed after purchase.  Any fees incurred to redirect a parcel after shipment are the sole responsibility of the client.

As our products are made to order and/or one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. To ensure you will be completely satisfied with your order, please contact us with any questions prior to purchase. If there is an issue with your order upon its receipt, please contact us within 2 days of its delivery.

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted on personalized items. Similarly, orders for custom designs are non-refundable once work has begun, including when/if the client forfeits delivery of the finished product for any cause. As outlined in the respective item descriptions, vintage and estate items are sold "as is" in “as found” condition, and all sales are final.

In the rare event that an insured item is damaged during shipment, a refund or replacement may be issued as applicable. Please contact us within 2 days of parcel delivery, and provide photographs of the damaged item as well as the outer packaging and mailing label. Please retain all original packaging as well as the damaged item in the event that your local postal authority requests inspection of the article as part of damage claim processing. Please do not return damaged items. Unauthorized returns, including of items reported damaged in transit, are not accepted and will be refused upon attempted delivery. Please note that refunds and/or replacements for eligible items reported as damaged in transit will not be issued without adequate and timely submission of requested information and photographs.

By purchasing from Letterworth you consent to our use of the personal information you provide in order to fulfill your order, communicate with you about your order, and maintain details of order and shipping records as required by law. Except as required by law we will not share your personal data for promotional or other purposes without your express permission.

By subscribing to our mailing list, you grant us permission to contact you with emails related to our site and products. Subscription is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time by contacting us.

Use of this website, including for the purchase of goods, is at the sole and willing discretion of the client. The client agrees that Letterworth is not responsible in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), personal injury, or expense of any nature due to use of this website.

Products using Letterworth’s artwork and designs are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without prior written consent. Purchase of goods from and/or use of this website in no way grants any license or right to use Letterworth's content herein without permission.

Hand-crafted items sold in the shop are by their nature unique, and variations are not uncommon, including for items of the same style or design.
 

Every effort is made to depict colors accurately. Please note that colors may vary due to individual device and monitor settings.
